Miss Moneypenny’s Prom@Birmingham Symphony Hall

Hello world!

I’ll next be performing at the Birmingham Symphony Hall on ‘Miss Moneypenny’s Night at the Prom’. I’m incredibly excited about it – I get the chance help arrange some of the score, to play lots of synthy sounds, relive my youth and play at the Birmingham Symphony Hall (one of my favourite venues when growing up) all at once!

RSC ‘Snow in Midsummer’ and ‘Shakespeare 400’

Hi all

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

Some very exciting news here for 2017 so far! I am currently working on the Royal Shakespeare Company’s new production of ‘Snow in Midsummer’ on new music, and performances are from 23 Feb – 25 Mar at the Swan Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon. Details: RSC – Snow in Midsummer

I have also been selected to write a piece on Shakespeare for the ‘Shakespeare 400’ project with the Circulo Trio based in the US. It’ll be a quartet piece for Clarinet, Violin, Piano and Actor’s Voice, and we’ll be working with Dr.Sandra Logan who is an Associate Professor of English Literature and Culture at Michigan State University who will be helping us on the libretto. We’re hoping to premiere this in spring/summer 2017. For more info about the trio please go to: Circulo Trio

It’s all so exciting, and I hope you’ll be able to come of see some of these performances! More update soon!
